These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Maximus Mediatech (“we”, “our”, “us”). By contacting us, booking a slot, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide creative and production services including corporate films, industrial films, photography, brand content, and related media solutions. The final deliverables and scope will be clearly defined before the project begins.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only after:
- Approval of the concept and scope
- Agreement on the package or quotation
- Payment of the advance amount
Scheduling is done based on availability.
3. Payments
All projects require 100% upfront payment to initiate pre-production, planning, and scheduling. This helps us block dates, crew, equipment, and resources for your project.
Payments are non-refundable after confirmation (see cancellation terms below).
4. Revisions
Revisions included depend on the selected package:
- Essential → 1 revision
- Premium → 2 revisions
- Flagship → up to 3 revisions
Additional revisions will be charged separately.
5. Shoot Requirements
Clients must ensure:
- Factory/office access permissions
- Clean and safe shooting environment
- Availability of key personnel (if required)
- Products or machines arranged in a presentable manner
If drone shots are requested, legal permissions must be available.
6. Delays & Rescheduling
If a shoot is delayed or rescheduled due to internal issues on the client’s side, additional costs may apply depending on crew availability and location.
7. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery time is 10–18 days based on script approval, shoot scheduling, and edit complexity. Urgent timelines may be discussed separately.
8. Usage Rights
After full payment:
- Clients receive rights to use the final delivered film across digital and offline platforms.
Raw footage remains the property of Maximus Mediatech unless agreed otherwise.
9. Creative Direction
By choosing us, you agree to our creative process, film style, and professional judgment. We ensure all films align with the approved concept and your brand guidelines.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable, as work begins immediately through pre-production, planning, and scheduling.
11. Confidentiality
We respect your business. Any confidential information shared with us (factory processes, internal data, product details) will be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
12. Final Delivery Format
Final films are provided in Full HD or 4K (based on package), along with platform-ready versions for:
- Website
- YouTube
- Social media
13. Third-Party Costs
Any additional third-party expenses (studio rental, special actors, models, special equipment) will be communicated and approved prior to use.
